Connects quickly

After a bug related to our practice’s login was resolved it is again connecting me quickly to an interpreter.

It really slows me down as a nurse

Frequent high call volumes, really delays my care as a nurse. Higher more Spanish speaking people. Also, there’s no one available during night shifts sometimes. Fix this, the hospital is 24/7

Good for work.

The app has over 20+ languages, certain uncommon language can take time to get an interpreter. But if common, like Spanish, it can take a couple of seconds to a couple of minutes depending on time of day.
