Why make an app that doesn’t work?!?! I hope their planes function better!
Can’t be used
When I start the app it always opens a window with the header: Select sale point, below that is just a white space and no way to close this window.
Crap app
Stay away! I checked in using this app but now my boarding pass cannot be retrieved. The stupid app did not save it to my Apple Wallet. Neither is it in this app. I’m deleting the app.

The app is giving you an alert that the mail address is missing but they are able to send you to your mail address the confirmation of booking (Hallo CSA?)
The CSA app is not able to remember your confiremd code and the name (Hallo CSA?)
The app is not able to manage your bags, you cannot add and prepaid an extra bag (Hallo CSA?)
The app is not able to manage additional or any services (Hallo CSA?)
And few more not happening things ..

The worst airline app ever
Dear Czech airlines, please don’t mislead me in a middle of check in process and try to sell me a seat change within economy class for 270 Euro.
Have you heard of customer-orientation?
Terrible app. I had some respect and flew with Czech Airlines in the past. All the goodwill I’ve had has now evaporated.

Wallet integration?
Couldn’t find a way to move the tickets to the wallet. App feels slow, unreliable and unsafe overall.

Pouze zobrazuje web a to ještě né moc dobře. Nic si nepamatuje. Zatím nejvíc neužitečná aplikace co jsem kdy viděl.
Co takhle napsat opravdovou aplikaci? ČSA jsou opravdu low-cost aerolinky s cenou normálních a službami hodně pod standardem.

Is this the official airline app, as the support email is a “gmail” address.
Basically just a web browser
The app is completely useless as it only loads the content of the CSA website. Does not even remember your booking numbers or boarding passes
The worst airlines ever . Never book even if the flight is cheap
I had a very bad experience regarding booking a ticket from Czech airlines that i booked a trip from prague to Barcelona for around 70 euros and i called them before 2 days from flight to confirm it and it was okay . And i suddenly arrive at the airport ( i had electronic boarding pass !!!) about 1 hour and 30 minuets before my flight to be surprised that it was cancelled and i have to pay 150 euros for another ticket .

Nothing on the app works. Doesn’t recognise bookings, won’t allow check in and even to check flight time it comes up with an ‘Ooops error!’

You don't have an account, cannot even save booking to access later - every time have to enter the booking number to view it?! All buttons are just web views of the website.. :(

Slow, Lacks features
I can't figure out how to integrate my booking into my Apple Wallet. Very slow to load data and change screens. It's just not a zippy app, even on current hardware and Wifi. Feels half-baked. Lacks features found in competitor's apps like BA.

CheckMyTrip which works well.

I like new features added and the design. Easy to use app.

Trying to check my reservation but the app just crashes...
Useless!
Won't let me check in, "incorrect details" despite repeated attempts, use Easyjet and BA apps without problems, this one is crap!
