Unable to register the account
I can’t use my CZUR lens on here.
I assume I could use my CZUR scanner on my iPad with this app, but I guess I’m wrong. I’m not sure what this app is even supposed to do.

Useless app. Does not work with the Aura Mate Pro scanner.

To register, the App emails you an authentication code, but you have only 60 seconds to enter the code after you request one. My email never loads quickly enough. Plus, after 5 requests, you have to wait until the next day to try again. I still have not been able to register. They seriously need to increase the window to enter the code. At least give people 3 minutes. 60 seconds is ridicuous. If I can’t register, I’m returning the entire scanner. Kind of lame that the company risks losing business just becasue their App doesn’t give people enough time to enter an authenticaiton code.

It’s complete disaster
Not even allowing to register even though you provide all details as mentioned, it keeps complaining to have 8-20 characters letter and number combinations for password. It’s a waste of time and energy.

QR CODE???
How do you scan a QR code on the bottom of your scanner when it doesn’t come with one? I bought the ET 16+ and hope to use it with my iPhone no dice. This is very upsetting.

This app does not offer any operational control of the CZUR Aura Pro scanner, so it is of no use whatever.
CZUR - please upgrade this iOS app to include the capability to operate a scanner and save scanned images, as the CZUR software for Windows systems can.

Registering the account on the app
It won’t send the authorization code to my email no matter how many times I refresh. I have looked in both the regular inbox and the junk box for the emails. We need more time than 60 seconds to register.
Why i cant see the files scan from aura pro ?
Event the aura mate can be controlled by the App , why ignore aura pro ? I want to controll my aura pro scan features from the App , please turn this possible !

How am I supposed to register when they don’t tell you what info their doing for? All the entry fields are blank.
