D Camille App
I enjoy reading D Camille’s books—books or digitally, preferably digitally, for convenience.
I am giving this App 2 stars instead of only one star simply because of the speed it took the Service reps to respond.
I would not mind purchasing her books online for digital reading through her App. But, it is not an easy process, and is next to impossible. The Service Chat is unable to help. Yesterday I tried the App process to create an account via the App, as well as tried to purchase the book I wanted.
Neither attempt worked. I received an email giving me a link to Kindle Help. Today, I am on my iPad attempting to access the App, and I am having the exact same problem. The common factor is the D Camille App.

Love to see a Black woman changing the game!
The D Camille App is easy to use if you want to use it. It comes in both mobile and Webb versions to read on any phone, tablet or computer. No you can’t read in Kindle devices, so take that up with Kindle. The books are easy to access and read. The Tech Support Chat is excellent for answering questions and handling issues. D Camille is my favorite author and I love to see how she’s changing the game on downing her talent. I definitely recommend trying the App if you love D Camille stories. She is the GOAT!

Needs improvement
I absolutely love this author, my all time favorite!!! But her app needs some improvements. The app downloads the books in an odd way. The settings do not allow for me to change the lighting on background so the screen is always bright and white, (annoyingly bright). When I open a newly downloaded book, it opens up to a random chapter in the middle of the book without you realizing it. At times, if you leave the app the book will not remember what page you were and reset to the first page it ever opened on.

Doesn’t Work
I’ve successfully registered both my emails and set a password but the app does not allow me to sign and view content. The app says I do not have privileges even though I received an email stating the account is active.
Frustrated
Has anyone been able to login after setting up their account? And is anyone reading the reviews and at least trying to fix the issues?
