Die App ist eine Katastrophe. Mit meinem alten Huawei Handy lief die App ohne Probleme, aber seit ich ein IPhone benutze, findet die App die Pumpe nicht mehr

Basically broken
Really unclear how to use, app restarts itself whenever you switch to another app so I don’t know how it’s even supposed to work.
App sehr buggy
Die App wurde offenbar nicht fertig entwickelt. Viele bugs, Rechtschreibfehler, seltsames Verhalten und Abstürze. Hätte ich das vorher gewusst, hätte ich eine andere Dosierpumpe gekauft.
Top Pumpe Aber App Schrott
Die Dosieranlage ist super genau. Die App ist die reinste Katastrophe und das schlimme ist bei der Preisklasse erwartet man eine Verbesserung aber ohne Erfolg. Keine Verbindung zum Gerät ohne das Gerät neu zu starten.
Verbindung ist Glücksache
Wenn die Verbindung zwischen Phone und Pumpe geht, ist die App ok. Das ist aber Glückssache. Meist wird die Pumpe zwar angezeigt, kann aber nicht geöffnet werden... Es hilft nur Restart der Pumpe. Für den Preis der Pumpe sehr schwach.
Manchmal funktioniert die App
Wenn man sich mit dem Smartphone verbinden kann, dann ist die App eigentlich gar nicht schlecht…
aber die meiste Zeit kann man seine Dosieranlage nicht auswählen oder diese wird nicht angezeigt oder beim laden stürzt die App ab 🤷🏻♂️ Update für die Dosieranlage aufspielen geht auch nicht.
Für den Preis eigentlich eine Katastrophe und daher auch nur 1 Stern… denn eine manuelle Einstellung an der Anlage ist ja nicht möglich, man ist Appabhängig und damit verloren.

App Keeps Crashing on Setup
Have a new dosing pump which I can’t use because the app keeps crashing on setup.

App is force closing itself when I go onto the plan page and it appears for the brief glimpse I do get that all channels have turned themselves back on when I only want one running... I have deleted, reinstalled and reconnected to no avail.
App crashes - cannot control dosing!!!
The app crashes to Home Screen whenever I try to enter the plan page - I currently have no control over my dosing for my reef tank which is causing me some issues!

Can’t configure the pump via WiFi
The app crashes when entering the password for the WiFi router, only can connect to the pump directly.
Good app (for a great doser) with one little bug
So far I like the app. There is one thing I found so far that should be fixed though:
When calibrating the pumps, it is not possible to enter values with a decimal point. For instance when I enter “5.4” the app force-closes immediately. I can only enter values without points, so in this case I would need to round down to 5.
The included 10ml test cylinder for calibration limits the calibration time to something like 10 to 20 seconds. It is obvious that the calibration result will be quite unprecise if I am not allowed to enter values with a decimal point. In addition, since the cylinder allows a reading precision of 0.2ml (0.1 is also ok if your eyes are good enough 😄) it makes no sense that the app doesn’t allow to enter the readings with the same precision.
So that should really be fixed.
Other than that I really like the app and especially the doser itself. The small size and the built quality is absolutely amazing.
