Being D Listed doesn't mean a location is good or bad. It means real interaction experiences, shared by others over time, are on record for that address. An interaction history: • Reflects patterns over time • Includes both positive and negative experiences • Evolves as new interactions are added • Helps create transparency and accountability D List is not a single numeric score, a blacklist, or a permanent label. D List does not evaluate creditworthiness, tenancy, employment, or insurance eligibility.
