Love this app to order from my favorite shop and check my loyalty points. This newer version is cleaner and super easy to use. Love it!
Cannot login after last update
The app itself is okay, the login process is overkill and doesn’t include your order history. The most recent update 2 days ago has made the app not load at all. I can’t chxkmy points.
worst app ever
You have to login every time you just refresh the page, pay by bank never works, inaccurate information for the products displayed. 0/5 if I could. Very annoying when you try and order something simple and have to login 10 different times just to have to login to your pay by bank which then doesn’t work.

Inconsistency
This app suucckkssss. I’m not sure why it was giving me so much trouble cause it looks like others were having a fine experience. But every time i’d order and go to pick up through the app, it was always wrong. like it would just change and the vendors always saw something else from what i originally ordered. Websites easier.

horrible app experience
first you need to create a login for the app which does not save any prior orders youve made online. then you need to login to the website THROUGH the app. why does this need an in app browser and two different logins? (app and website) it makes no sense and trying to use this without accidentally clicking on the ilava link button is near impossible. this app needs to be overhauled because the login fields are hardly functioning, the pages are difficult to manage due to in-browser issues. the two logins should be merged or the app login removed and the website login remains. unfortunate because i like the store but id rather forget the loyalty points and just shop normally if this is the way to redeem them.

I just love the fact that I can walk outside my apartment downtown and walk to the shop and buy a juicy pre roll and walk back home and smoke it in the comfort of my home ❤️ love the crew and the environment and at this point I can say I’m a regular 🥰 and will continue being a regular 🫶 thank you downtown dispensary for all you have provided for me 🙏 much love guys ✌️

Getting Better!!!
I’ve seen some positive changes in the app lately. Much more user friendly. Finally saved my info for rewards AND lets my view my order history. Great for when I want to buy the same thing but can’t remember the name. When I first downloaded the app it was terrible. Difficult to use and would not save my info for rewards points. Great work!!!!

This is my official ZERO STAR rating. Probably the WORST app I have ever attempted to use. Yall need to figure it out.
Charged me $4.22 immediately after installing app
Why was I charged 4.22 for downloading a free app ??? An when I tried to sign up for reward program, the only reason I had downloaded the app in the first place, an after putting in my information I never received the confirmation text message to actually create my rewards account. So much for being “royalty” as it claims on the website and app ..😤

Bummer, but neither signup more sign in works, the forms are broken and poorly designed. Dev must have been high when they built this.
Google sign in doesnt work
Cant sign in on app with google which is annoying because thats my log in! Please fix as app is unusable as it is for me now
Creepy Battery Killer
This app was on in the background for 22 HOURS just draining my battery looking at my constant location. The app used a THIRD of my battery a day! Terrible app😡
