Terrible App w/ Incompetent Customer Service
They kept bugging me to get the program through their follow ups and ultimately I decided it was time to up my d2d game. Purchased apprentice program and downloaded app June of 2025. Had access for a few weeks, then none at all. On the app everything was locked. All features- INCLUDING SUPPORT- GREYED OUT. Non-functional. Tried emailing and calling the guy who sold me the program- and even he froze me out. It’s perplexing to me that a purchase cannot be logged- referenced, and corrected in an expedient manner- unless they were incompetent to begin with. Anyway- they just took my money and went their way, don’t bother with this level of carelessness.
