Know your numbers. Log your day in seconds.
Macro Calculator is a calorie and macro tracker that keeps out of your way. You
decide the daily target. You log what you actually ate. The app does the
arithmetic and shows you where the day stands.
WHAT YOU GET, FREE
• 12,000+ foods built in, with every number, and no upsell to see them
• Log by weight in grams — the amount you actually ate, not "servings"
• A day view that shows calories and protein, carbs and fat against your target
• Read back any day you have ever logged, however old
• Plan tomorrow and the next day before you get there
• Back up your whole log to a file, and restore it on any device
• Twelve languages — the whole app, and all 12,000+ food names, in yours
YOUR LOG STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE
No sign-up is needed to use any of it. Your profile, your food log and anything
you add are stored on the device, not on our servers: nothing you log is
uploaded, and there are no ads and no analytics. Exporting a backup is free, and
always will be — your record is yours to keep and to move.
YOU SET THE TARGET
Enter your own daily calories and your own macro percentages. The app shows what
those percentages come to in grams, and tells you plainly when a target falls
below what US dietary guidance supports, or when a split sits outside the
recommended ranges. It never picks a number for you and never nags.
WHERE THE NUMBERS COME FROM
Food data is USDA FoodData Central — Foundation Foods, SR Legacy and the survey
database that describes food as people actually eat it. The reference figures
come from the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, 2020–2025. Every figure in the
app names its source, so you can check it rather than take our word for it.
