Solid Planning App
Had a hiccup during an update, but overall a solid app for teams to plan and communicate!
DO NOT Instal Latest Update
With this update you can no longer see team members or update the call schedule. App is pretty much useless now.
Nothing but issues
Had the app a while (1 year) and now nothing but issues despite and update still can’t use the app so now have to check the web version…. Emailed for help and nothing… the mobile app is not just useless
Current update no sync
The latest update caused iPhone app to stop showing status and stopped syncing calendar and call status. App now completely worthless.
A buggy mess
The login is extremely buggy and wastes so much time for multiple members on my team. Furthermore, D4H asks for my region, but the Canada region is perpetually broken. It only works with a lot of pain in the US region for my organization. It’s barely usable.
Misleading iOS Spec
Does not work on iOS 15.8.2, even though the app store shows it to work on iOS 13 onwards.
Pointless App
At one time, D4H was somewhat easy to use. Now?! You have to reset your password 5 times just to be able to sign in. Why does every developer think by changing something it will make it easier for the end user when more than likely the developer is not even running a beta test just to see how what the end result will be? I was using this app as an admin for my search and rescue team and now I want to tell other teams to find a new process and to steer away from this one.

App is terrible
Constantly logs me out. I login in, using two factor authentication and it kicks me out. I’ve changed my password multiple times and it constantly tells me that my username and password are incorrect.
I login with the correct information and the minute I do, it brings me to the logout screen and I have to attempt to log back in and that usually doesn’t work. Do not waste your time with this app.

Event contents mismatch. It show content of event that I viewed previously
Recent update worse
This is just for the recent update. On my iPhone XR, things don’t always load correctly. Mostly if I click on an exercise it often loads the details of another exercise and sometimes the back button in the top left isn’t there so I have to kill the app and reload it
