Why force a person to upgrade the the latest app? I can't see news because I have to upgrade to the latest app. I'm also not in a space where I can just download the latest upgrade, I find it highly annoying. Developers do better

Updates erase customized group selections
Every time the app updates it removes customized group selections which leads to important school communication being missed please rectify this glitch as we are not always aware when updates are being pushed.
Stopped Working after 2024 upgrade
Last year you had an upgrade, after that myself and alot of parents from the school can not acces out childrens info? The school does not even answer on this? Your staff cant even help me sort it out! App was very useful when it worked

What’s the point
Seems to work ok, but it is empty. So our school probably isn’t plugged into all the stuff it should be…but I at minimum wanted to see all school emails - which is what I came here…but there is nothing

I would add the share option, so that messages can be sent directly to WhatsApp groups, as per the previous version.

Standard but user friendly
This app is user friendly and straightforward but could do with upgrades looking at this day in age in terms of technology. It’s too minimal and standard.

Life has never been so easy for me as parent. I totally rely on d6 and my girls school journey is so easy. I do not miss any thing wether it is on communications part of it or any school payments activities. As long as the security is not compromised by the scammers out there I’m good.

Found out today my sons school is using d6, registered and no OTPs come through so I will not be able to use the app on an iPhone 14
App doesnt open
App keeps crashing and wont open since last update. please correct this, its exam time and we need the past papers!!!

Not receiving notifications for childs disciplines section. Always use to. Now nothing. Missing important info.

Good app however I can only see the school notices as pop up notifications and whenever I open the pop up notification to get the full school notice but when app opens there are no school notices to read in the app…

takes long to send otp code
i’ve waited several minutes to receive an otp code and not gotten one, i even pressed “resend otp” multiple yet i still didn’t receive an otp code. i even sent a message to the operators and they did not reply.
