I wish I did not update, now I'm stuck with having to develope a database and this takes t least a minute for each one...it was fine just the way it was but now I must do so,etching each time I open a gallery. I don't see what additional enhancement resulted from this new version. Sheesh!
Inspirational Muse
All I can say is awesome! Prior to getting this app I used to rely on web image searches to explore da Vinci's work, but this allows you to see it all together. It also provides a brief description of the mediums and surfaces used as well as the dates, etc. I gave 5 stars because it was more than I expected for a mere $0.99. Great stuff!

The app was very interesting until I tried to play the video's. Only three of the nine would play. I tried to get app support but so far no response. Very disappointing

Incredible DaVinci App!
This is among the best apps I've discovered to highlight the great artists in history. Da Vinci is well represented here and the interface for the user is perfect. The videos referenced do not all work, but I expect that has more to do with you tube than the app.
Overall it is a great app for fans of Da Vinci, art students or simply anyone interested in seeing the amazing works of art created by Leonardo or anyone interested in learning more about the renaissance men who thought well beyond their time.

Cheap collection. When I google "davinci" in google I get the same result and more. I gave it two stars for collecting these images and putting it into an app for free. I hope they will not start charging for this app.

Love this app.
Very valuable & useful reference tool for artists or art lovers. The Rembrandt version is beautiful, I would like to see them get more clear, higher resolution pictures of Leonardo's works, with more accurate color representation.

This app is amazing in it's content and it's scope. The videos are informative and full of interesting content and the art is portrayed in such a way as to draw the spectator into the artwork through the ability to use gestures to zoom in and out. Well worth the price of admission!!!!!
