Very unprofessional
We have been sitting at DXB since 1am. Flight was supposed to leave at 5am and it got delayed without any of the passengers knowledge. It’s now 11am and no news of the flight leaving or getting cancelled. We are being kept In the dark even though we paid for the tickets. They’re very unprofessional stay away from this airline.
