Worst app ever

Not at all professional. Your payment gets stuck for days after order and the hotel doesn’t receive any order from app and the customer service team argues and fights instead of finding solutions.

Payment Glitch

I have booked a rider in Rasayani region for PnD feature i have asked to pay first by Dabbawala app after paying the desired amount system thrown me back from the application when again I restarted the app it was showing that i wont have any active order called customer care but they haven’t received any of my call.

Experience while using

Really, the worst service one could ask for. Wherein other applications we get immediate customer service response, in this we do not get. Especially in Daman, if we place the order it won’t even get accepted for like 30 mins and later it takes more 30-40 mins after the order is ready because the delivery person doesn’t reach on time to pick up.

Afte order is placed delivery guy's number doesn't show up. Always comes after 1 hour minimum.
