They are fully responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required local licenses, vehicle permits, and applicable insurance coverage, whether personal or commercial, including any required TNC or rideshare endorsements. DacLane-Driver does not provide insurance coverage of any kind and assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents, damages, losses, or passenger injuries arising from trips arranged through the platform. All transportation-related responsibilities rest entirely with the driver. The platform’s sole purpose is to provide digital access that enables communication and payment facilitation between users. DacLane-Driver functions strictly as a digital service connecting drivers and riders and does not act as a transportation provider. This app is intended to serve as a technology tool for independent drivers, offering a simple and reliable interface while allowing drivers full control over their driving activities.
