Worst Cinema App and Service
Made a payment through the app via e-wallet. The app said “Different type seats have different fares” post payment. Upon arrival the service rep said that the seats were given away and offered different seats. Had to line up in queue to get service which almost made us late for the movie. This is clearly a massive inefficiency and the existence of this app should be banned until payment gateway is repaired. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!!

Stupid apps
A apps that can’t select seat. What is the use of this app?
Faulty app
Got stuck after seat selection with error message “time out”. Closing & reopening the app doesn’t work, deleting & reinstalling the app too doesn’t help. Please fix the bug!
