Deducted money from my account and didn’t get no ticket. Nothing in the history section of the app for refund or anything. Absolute bonkers. Helpline can’t help either because apparently it’s not showing on their system. Don’t use this app if you want to book tickets

I have booked and purchase ticket but download options isn’t working and when pay online is show failed then after some time will changed to paid

Can’t purchase due to terms and conditions piping on the screen and close at the top right just there as a decoration without any real purpose.

Worst ever service
After almost 5 years, I used Daewoo service, booked 2 seats, payment is deducted instantly but tickets are not confirmed, on contacting again and again, all platforms provided for payment refund are just fraud, user is restricted via many ways on payment refund form.. its just wastage of time and money

Unable to book tickets for family members
It’s my first experience that was awful for reservations. I can only purchase tickets for myself by using this app, not for other family members!!!!

App is starting. After entering mobile number, I am not receiving the otp. Tried with multiple devices and multiple cell phones.

I had to book a ticket on emergency basis and downloaded this app as they were offering 5% discount.
I tried registering OTP never came, tried again and again pressed resend one time pin still nothing happened. Worst Ever Ever I have seen.

I don’t know why developer never bother to run a pilot test. It shows invalid mobile number every time for registration.
