I have booked and purchase ticket but download options isn’t working and when pay online is show failed then after some time will changed to paid

After almost 5 years, I used Daewoo service, booked 2 seats, payment is deducted instantly but tickets are not confirmed, on contacting again and again, all platforms provided for payment refund are just fraud, user is restricted via many ways on payment refund form.. its just wastage of time and money

Unable to book tickets for family members
It’s my first experience that was awful for reservations. I can only purchase tickets for myself by using this app, not for other family members!!!!

App is starting. After entering mobile number, I am not receiving the otp. Tried with multiple devices and multiple cell phones.

I had to book a ticket on emergency basis and downloaded this app as they were offering 5% discount.
I tried registering OTP never came, tried again and again pressed resend one time pin still nothing happened. Worst Ever Ever I have seen.

I don’t know why developer never bother to run a pilot test. It shows invalid mobile number every time for registration.
Very bad app
The app is very bad and the information they are collecting is very personal and private. Anyone can steal this private information easily because they have literally no security built-in the app or data privacy policy explaining how they maintain and secure data. Icons and font used in the app UI are too small. Also their international phone number registration OTP doesn’t work for foreigners. Its a Total waste of time when you have to call and book in person.
