Excellent resource

Excellent

Excellent resource to have as a nurse. It is affordable, and helps with charting a lot by cutting down charting times and also helping during those moments when my brain is just too tired to think about what to chart.

Great Resource!

Easy to use, I was too impatient to go thru all of the tutorials, still was able to figure it! My notes are Are easy to complete and my boss absolutely loves them!

Must have

I have told my fellow nurses about this app. While it is still needing some improvement for iPad UI the notes in and of themselves are not just a great documenting tool but teaching tool too. Makes me look more professional than I often have time to be. IYKYK. Thanks, Shelley!

Administrator/DON

I have used the Amity Documentation books to reeducate my team for years now. They have truly helped us focus charting and educate both new and seasoned nurses. Years ago as we faced multiple medical reviews, the books helped my team prevent poor outcomes with reviews since we integrated into our education plan. The DAHN app is an extension of these guides, provides many additional resources, and makes charting to show eligibility so much easier. My team has been waiting for it’s release and they are loving it. We would recommend to all hospice nurses, new and experienced. I wish something like this was available when I started hospice. AMAZING resource!!
