Using this mobile app, service engineers can capture customer and machine information, attend break down and RMS service calls, plan his day wise schedules, reschedule calls as per customer’s choice using just a smartphone. No more bulky form books to lug around, no need to submit paper forms. No need to fill up customer’s information manually through pen and paper and bar code scanner will ease the process of capturing errorless machine details. This application checks data and will ensure only valid information is captured. Submit forms as soon as you fill them, or later on at your own convenience as offline capabilities are also be there in the mobile application.
