Needs work
This app needs a lot of work. To start It only allows me to see Goodman equipment as a Daikin dealer in the system builder. The warranty look up doesn’t work nor does the repair parts look up.
Falls Short For My Needs
Not happy that Daikin has killed the Goodman Mobile App or the Dealer First App.
This new app needs more work.
This app does not recognize older Goodman or Amana equipment well. When it does recognize them, it gives you very limited information. No documents. Just parts and warranty info.
And, on any age equipment, it can’t give you an accurate count of what is on hand at my local branch.
