App not working
App is saying I’m logged in somewhere else how do I know where to log that out of. ? Help!
Won’t allow me to sign in
It says that I’m already logged in even though I’m not. Deleted and reinstalled and created new account with new email and still saying I’m logged in. Any advice

When this app works it’s great, but it won’t let me log in! It says user is already logged in, but I’m not. And it won’t let me do anything!

I can only currently only see fault codes as I cannot sign back into the app as it states “cognito user pools are not in” some folder or sorts, sort it out please as it’s a pain - cheers

So, im installing and servicing, numerous times ill go to do a model search and the units not in the database… also id love more commissioning info for the controllers so i dont have to call for the settings…
No more control PCB service settings???
Where have all the programmable service settings gone for the outdoor PCB? Very disappointed that this has just been removed from the new update. More like update to downgrade
Can’t open App
The old app never had a password, they removed it and gave me a new one. Opened the App and was told that I did not exist, so I signed in with a password and they tell me that I exist and will not let me open it. I exist but don’t exist?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

The old app had a heap of information and this new version has none of it. It’s useless.
