Great self-esteem booster
This app is such a great motivator and self esteem booster. The game aspect of it hooked my kids right away, but the daily repetition of the self-selected affirmations have started to make a positive impact. They each got to pick their profile picture, then pick their affirmations, and have been asking to use my phone each day to complete their affirmations list. I love it!

This app is such a great tool to use with your kids. I have wanted to help my kids with confidence, anxiety and building resilience and didn’t know where to begin. This app provides a path that’s simple and effective and allows you to customize it so it’s tailored to your kids needs. It’s also so easy to use, and fits seamlessly into our busy schedule. I play it for a minute or two while having breakfast or on the way to school and it’s a great way to start the day! I’m so grateful to have this resource to share with my kids to help them thrive and learn how to face challenges with strength.

Great app for my kids
We tried everything with my son and this finally worked. It helped him get out the door for school with a positive attitude. We saw changes across the board with his overall attitude and outlook on problems, challenges and his self esteem. You can’t help but feel the positive outcomes yourself when you listen to it. For something you do for only 5 minutes a day, it has a huge impact on our family.
