Disgusting ads
I just deleted another Bible app last night for this disgusting reason!!
There is an advertisement for an adult s** toy with bl**d on it!!! At the bottom of my Bible apps!! The same ad on two apps so far. It’s horrific that p**n ads are what Bible apps are monetizing with!!
I’m done. I’ve used this app for over 10 years and the ads have gotten increasingly worse lately.

Unable to view the app again
I was able to use the app for 2 weeks, now I can’t open the app. Please help i love this app
Terrible new design
Please change back to your original typefaces and design!!! This new one is ugly, horsey and difficult to read!!! I am so upset. This is my favorite app ever and I can’t stand looking at it it’s drab it’s not pretty like it used to be. I’m so upset I’m so upset please change it back. It looks terrible. I don’t know who the graphic designer was, but they didn’t do you are terrible disservice changing something that was wonderful the way it was!!

Love the verses but you have to pay🙄
It’s a nice app with a good cause but you have to have premium for everything but the verse of the day
No free “trial”
Just skip it—there’s nothing free here and other apps can do the same thing.
White Lettering
I love the Bible site. This is one of the better daily verse programs. The only drawback is that th verses are very hard to read. Please change the white lettering to. Darker color
Lots of Typos
Wonderful site but sometimes you have to decipher the typos when it doesn’t make sense. Today it was “who ha” instead of who has and Hi instead of Him. Throws you off a bit until you realize it a typo and figure it out. Needs a proof reader or they need to use auto correct. App is still worth having!! Beautiful photos and messages. ❤️

I like this app and have had it for some time. Try to check out the verse for the day before I do anything else in my phone. Noticed today though that the verse does not match the location. The verse for today said Ephesians 2:20, but the verse is actually Ephesians 2:10.
Devotional advertising
First thing in the morning, I open the app to start the day with a verse, and am forced to watch an advert for 3 seconds. That’s not only distracting but wholly inappropriate for an app like this. I don’t get how the app developers, with a clear conscience, have designed it this way. Deleting it right now - John 2:16 🙄

Same verse- same day- 1 year apart
Today is February 14, 2022 and the Bible verse for today is the exact same Bible verse for February 14, 2021. I know this because I screenshot it and posted it on Facebook last year so now I’m going to go through all of them and if I find another one I’m going to get a new app which is sad because I get up every morning and read my verse

Inappropriate ads
While I love the simple features and ease of use of this app the inappropriate ads are just weird. You’d think the developer of a Bible app wouldn’t approve lingerie ads with photos or “Russian women looking for men” with low cut tops. It’s a bummer because the app would be awesome without it.
Great App, even without paying for premium.
I honestly think using the app for free, benefits me fine. You have access to beautiful wallpapers and daily verses, and have an option to schedule them.

Littered with ads
Plenty of other apps that give you access to daily verses without ads and the rest of this app they won’t let you access unless you pay for it. I understand people need to make a living but monetizing the Word with ads that are questionable and in such quantity……there are better apps out there than this. I’m deleting it right after this review

Nice
This is a great app, i enjoy the daily inspiration, however I would love to share daily scriptures. I am unable to do so when attempting to sharing with my Facebook family. The scripture will not post, only a link to the app.
Nice, But...
The app has nice photos and a clean design. I like that you can get rid of the ads by purchasing the app for $1.99. Not bad. One issue I have is that the references are wrong. I noticed that a year ago on this same day someone posted about the daily verse, Ephesians 2:20 being the wrong verse and it still is. I hope the developers read this review and can fix the references.
