This app is great because the tips are so practical. Just one a day and they're always something relatively simple to do like call an old friend or have a clear out. Genuinely made a difference to my happiness too! I also decided to upgrade to the Success version too and it was well worth it.

I really like this app. Not only is it good quality, I love the daily tips it give me. Obscure but clever.
Practical
This has things you can actually do - better than those apps with spiritual sayings which are clever but you can't really do them in real life. It's interesting.
