Great way to redirect focus.
Being able to channel my thoughts both in the morning and evening has been such a helpful way to track where my mindset is. I love that I’m starting and ending my days with more intention—especially when it comes to goal-setting. This app makes it easy. The prompts are simple but thoughtful, and they give me just enough structure to dive in and start reflecting.

Helping me to make focused, thoughtful reviews of my daily life, activities, aspirations and dreams. I’m becoming more intentional and productive. I’m also better able to keep my eye on the prize. This is a keeper. Kudos to the team that created it.
