Poor Service
Frequently fails to download often at weekends when the office is closed. No response to emails when trying to ask for support.
Rubbish, Don’t Subscribe!
What a load of rubbish. No paper again. What’s going on? Mornings are when most people like to keep on top of the current news stories — not with The Mirror, you’d be lucky to get the front and/or back page. I’m not even going to give it a rating! OK, one star
Faulty download again
This is happening at least once a week now where the days paper does not download. Starting to lose patience and ready to cancel subscription
Waste of money
Again NO issue available, having to wait for some employee to turn up for work and reboot their server. It’s time a refund was provided when an issue is unavailable, some need to download it early then go to work.
Not available
Not always available last week couldn’t get the paper for 1 day this week still not working can only get the first page and the last page what’s going on
