Premature Review begging followed by ADS
It is disingenuous to ask users to review your product during the onboarding process BEFORE they have even had a chance to test even one single feature of your app yet. Conveniently, the pop up window begging for a review came right before …the first AD. Which means you would be collecting inaccurate perceptions about the app and how it works, from customers who haven’t actually used your product- all they did was go through the onboarding process. That is ludicrous . The app is ad supported, which is fine, if the customer gets to experience the ads first before reviewing. The customer can purchase the pro version, or subscribe, or get the app through a promotion. Either way, the review should be collected AFTER using the app!. I don’t find anything about this app to make it worth recommending to others as a motivational app, considering this kind of app does not need a subscription model in the first place- you are not offering sophisticated or ever-changing content like a news app. I now no longer trust anything about your app anyway because of your shady and premature review-begging practice. So I definitely would not recommend it to others.
