I loaded and subscribed to a free lifetime membership, today the 3rd day I was charged for a yearly membership. I asked for a refund twice explaining the reason. Denied both times

So much potential!
This is the kind of note taking app my wife has always wanted! I really hope this sticks around!
This could be the PERFECT journaling app and SOO MUCH MORE…but it’s supposed to be FREE & WONT UN🔐
I think the app could be amazing!!! I supposedly “unlocked” the FREE VERSION but when I try to use the texts or different notebooks, it says it’s locked!!! I click on the “FREE FOR LIFETIME” button and it says it is unlocked but there’s still locks!!!
