Enjoying the Game!
I had issues with the game and left a review. Support reached out, which made me want to give them a second chance. It wound up being an issue on my side. Been playing the game and really enjoy it. Love being able to choose from a variety of puzzles in one game!
Wouldn’t Load
I got to play one game. Tried to play several other games but the screen just kept flashing up and disappearing. Couldn’t move past any of it to play. Disappointing.
needs to be updated
the puzzles are so much fun, but the app crashes every minute for me. My progress doesn’t save and I have to start the puzzle over. It’s extremely frustrating.
Nothing but problems
It played well for a short time. Now it either won’t load or keeps reloading, losing my progress on a puzzle. IF the app actually loads and IF there isn’t an error trying to start a puzzle, the puzzle keeps randomly reloading and losing all my answers, IF I finish the puzzle with all this happening it reloads, reviews and won’t give me my coins for solving.

Great idea, bad glitch
LOVE the idea of an app like this. It just isn’t working right now to the point where it’s impossible to use it. When I tap on a puzzle it opens up at first but then almost gets caught in a loop that won’t stop until I force close it. Please fix!
Very Buggy
I like the games on this app, but it’s a very buggy one. Half the time, you have to exit the game and restart for it to go to another puzzle. Sometimes it takes your coins without giving you the clue. My biggest complaint is that I paid $49.99 to get the monthly bundle with no ads, but only has no ads for 2 hours. I’m trying to get a refund for this.

I am updating my review because I have been pleasantly surprised by the update that fixed a glitch in the game and now this one of my go to games daily. Thank you to the developers for fixing this issue.
needs improvement
this app was so glitchy. i was only able to play one puzzle. any other puzzle i tried to play, just kept restarting before i could even start playing.
Enjoying game until it keeps freezing
I’ve been playing scramble. I love game but every third or fourth game it freezes right after I’ve completed puzzle. It says continue but nothing happens. I don’t get my points. Please advise or fix. Thanks.
What’s going on!
I really like this game but the past few days I have had problems. Like today, did a crossword puzzle and it says not completed. Did it a second time and the same thing and not only that but it looked like all the words jumbled together. Went to several other puzzles and it was the same thing. Please fix this or I will delete this game!

Love the puzzles but . . .
I love the puzzles; but the game freezes, gets stuck on the same puzzles, and takes coins when you request a hint while the hint doesn’t appear. Endless bugs need to be fixed! In-game messages to creators go unanswered. Please fix these issues! Stickers and tickets are also useless.
LOVE IT....but needs to be fixed
I absolutely love this game soo much. But mine is glitching. It keeps giving me the same puzzles for each category and it won't give me my stickers and coins when I complete a challenge. Please fix it so I can continue to love it 😢
Slow play
You must have a bug in this game. I like to play it but all of a sudden the game does not reset the puzzle, gets stuck on the same puzzle or repeats and doesn’t count. You need to fix this.

Great Puzzle App!
This puzzle app is awesome! Can’t get enough and love solving all the different types of puzzles. I even got my granddaughter hooked on the jigsaw puzzles. The stickers and various events make puzzle solving fun!

Nice Mix of Fun Puzzles
Relaxing fun to exercise your brain. None of the puzzles are overly difficult, with just a nice amount of challenge. I think this would be enjoyable for all ages.
