I am on a LONG camping trip. I am unable to open this app without super strong internet reception. Is there anything your coders can do to eliminate this requirement? I am able to open 6 other apps without problem. I enjoy this game greatly and had a perfect two year score before this trip. I would appreciate your help with this. Thank you.

No update in a year

There hasn’t been an update in a year. Just this week (Nov 1), I started having problems with the featured puzzles section (autumn anthology) all because I keep getting the Internet connection error. I contacted the app support yesterday, heard back from them today, November 2. Tried everything: restarting my device, checking to make sure I have a Wi-Fi connection and even reinstalling the app to no avail. Not sure if this is due to my iPad being too old with a new iOS 16 or if this is a system error on your end?

Upset

I've had a running streak for 160+ days. I look forward to each days puzzle and keeping my streak going. This morning , Oct 11, I can't get into it because of your advertising. It will not go away no matter how many times I try to "x" it out. "Just Fit Lazy Workout" will not delete. I'm upset for the time I've played and now will lose my long running streak. I've looked forward to playing it each day. Can u help?

Luv these puzzles!! But I tried to download it and it goes back to the icon page?? If I need a stronger phone, why?? I’ve been playing this game for months!!it just stopped in the middle of the page.

Suggestions/issues ..

I’m new to this game, maybe a few weeks , I just find it very difficult to earn credits/points. Other than the daily puzzles (which we don’t get any credits for ), how are we suppose to purchase all these puzzle packs if we aren’t getting enough credits for playing?
We do get credit for achieving certain levels/stages but it’s not enough.

I’ve also tried signing in using my Facebook but it never works , so I’m unable to receive bonus credits/points.

Also, what’s the purpose of the daily emojis?

Not letting me play

The game seems fun, but whenever I try to go into the app, it doesn’t load. There may be a glitch that you need to fix

I love the game but...

I can see some improvements in the game. What about a log in bonus, also why don’t you do untimed puzzles to make it even more fun. Also, could you have more choices for us besides the daily puzzle without costing money. It would be nice to have these improvements. I will give it a two stars right now until I see some improvements in the game.

Football grid

I love this game! But I had a problem with today’s daily challenge. Today is Sept 7, 2019 and you left out the Dallas Cowboys! Shame on you!!!! That’s my favorite team and I couldn’t find them on your list! Oh well, remember next year, ok? Lol
