Can’t scroll without getting redirected to Burger King app. Really annoying.
Can’t log in
The app won’t let me log in and the reset password option gives a very strange web link that doesn’t work on any browser and I have tried many. Can’t even email them because the email button for that area doesn’t work!!
Worst UX of all now!
Why change the layout & menu’s? First BBC do it & everyone hates it which causes them to lose readers/visitors & now the Daily Star & local news pages owned by same group make drastic changes for the worse! Looks like it has been designed by interns with no idea of mobile app design at all (similar vein to the actual ‘journalists’ ripping stories from social media purely because someone is in their underwear or a faked Bigfoot video/picture). More journalistic integrity in my faeces than this rag!

Hello, downloaded this app but it won’t let me sign in via Facebook or Apple so I can’t choose which topics I want, any ideas how to fix please???
This app deplete my battery
Every time I go on this app only , it depletes my battery.
I will go on this app with 70 % battery then 5 minutes into reading , my battery has plummeted to 40%

Ok but needs some help
Has anyone noticed that the main menu at the top is white text ona white background? Otherwise the app functions well, although there isn’t a lot of news in there.

They sensor anything controversial and block your posts , you cannot express your opinions at all , it’s a waste of time ,
Video clip headlines and excessive ads!
I always end up closing ads after 10 seconds and skipping the video clips headlines. In some instances I even skip reading the articles or just close the app down. An option to skip an ad after 5 seconds should be in place at minimum. Boring ads that aren’t even targeted personally will drive readers away.

I am using an Apple 11 Promax iPhone and when I try and open the app. The App crashes.

I have several other news apps inc the Times. Found this by mistake(?) but it really is EXCELLENT. Very interesting reports etc etc. 10 out of 10
