Disappointing
I’ve patiently waited for 8 months to see if this would be up to par as the previous version. Not sure whose idea it was for this current app. It’s not doing it for for my family and I. Utterly disappointing!
Disappointing
Just downloaded and the new app looks good. However, my account and subscription on the old app wasn’t migrated to the new app. I contacted them and I was given the run around with no help or solutions at all. I had to end up creating a new account and paying for another annual subscription after paying for the same subscription 2 months ago on the old app. This is absolutely not right and I feel cheated and scammed.
