About

Read the clues. Deduce who is guilty. Never guess. Daily Verdict is a one-case-a-day deduction game. Every player in the world gets the same case each day, seeded from the date, so you and a friend across the ocean are working the very same evidence. Four or five suspects. A room, an item, an hour, and a role for each of them. A short stack of clues that never lie. Tap a cell, choose what you believe, and watch the grid narrow. When the logic leaves exactly one arrangement standing, the guilty suspect falls out on their own. You never mark anyone guilty. You never guess. EVERY CASE IS PROVABLE Each day's case is generated and then certified before it ships: exactly one solution, and a solving path that needs no guesswork at any step. If you are stuck, the next deduction is always there in the clues you already have. No coin flips, no trial and error, no dead ends. HONEST FEEDBACK, NEVER A HINT A clue turns green only when your own marks prove it, not to tell you that you are right. A clue turns red only when your own marks contradict it. The game never compares your work against a hidden answer, so it can never spoil the case for you. THE DAILY RITUAL A fresh case arrives each day, and the week builds like an investigation: Monday is the Opening. Tuesday is the Inquiry. Wednesday is the Cross-examination. Thursday is the Timeline. Friday is the Full case. Saturday is the Cold case. Sunday is the Verdict. Monday starts with four suspects and two things to work out about each. By the weekend it is five suspects across room, item, hour, and role, and the guilty cell is one of the last to fall. HOW YOU SCORE You are scored on how cleanly you reason, not on how fast you tap. Every mark that contradicts your own clues costs you. A flawless case earns five stars and the word Airtight, then Clean, Convicted, Circumstantial, and Hung jury. A careful slow solver still earns five stars. A fast thrasher cannot. Time is kept as a soft tiebreak on the leaderboard, nothing more. KEEP YOUR STREAK Close the case each day to grow your streak. Miss a day and a banked freeze quietly bridges the gap so the chain survives. You start with one freeze and earn more at milestones, banking up to three. Turn on a single gentle daily reminder if you want one, or leave it off. When you finish you get a spoiler-free card to share. It shows your stars, your time, and your streak, and it gives nothing away. PLAY WITH THE WORLD Two optional Game Center leaderboards let you measure the day against everyone: today's fastest close, and the longest streak ever. There are milestone achievements along the way. Everything works without Game Center too. No account and no sign-up are needed to play. FREE FOREVER, AND HONEST ABOUT IT The daily case is free, every day, with no ads and no timers. That will not change. VERDICT PLUS (OPTIONAL) If one case a day is not enough, Verdict+ is a one-time unlock, not a subscription. It opens unlimited practice cases at a difficulty you choose, from Warm-up through Steady and Tricky up to Brutal. The daily case always stays free. WHY PEOPLE LOVE IT It is a small, quiet ritual with a real click at the end. A few minutes of clean reasoning, the same case as everyone else, then on with your day. No noise, no clutter, no luck. PRIVACY, PLAINLY No account, no sign-up, no tracking, no data collection. Your progress lives on your device, with iCloud sync to carry it between your own devices when you are signed in to iCloud. Game Center and reminders are optional and stay off until you turn them on. It works offline.
