We’re really sorry for the frustration — we understand how disappointing that can be. If a watch face isn’t appearing on your Apple Watch, it’s often because full-display watch faces use a custom solution and require both the iPhone app and the Apple Watch app to be open at the same time during setup. This allows the face to sync and display correctly. For a quicker and simpler experience, you can also try our regular Apple Watch watch faces with complications, which install with a single tap and work just like native watch faces. We’ve also released recent updates that include important fixes, new watch face designs, performance improvements, and built-in step-by-step tutorials to make setup much clearer. Please make sure you’re using the latest version of the app.

We’re sorry for the confusion — we understand how unexpected that can feel. It sounds like you were trying one of our full-display watch faces. These faces use a custom solution, since Apple doesn’t allow third-party apps to install them the same way as native faces. To make them work, both the iPhone and Apple Watch apps need to be open at the same time during setup. For a simpler experience, we also offer many Apple Watch watch faces with complications that install with a single tap and behave just like Apple’s built-in faces — no manual reactivation needed. We’ve also recently released new updates that include step-by-step tutorials and clearer instructions, along with new watch face designs and other improvements, to make everything easier to use. If you’d like help choosing the right type of face or setting things up, please contact us at support@dailywatchfaces.com. Our support team will make sure everything works as expected and guide you step by step.

We’re really sorry for the annoyance — we understand how frustrating that can be. If you’ve already paid and the app is still showing the subscription screen, you don’t need to pay again. Simply tap “Restore” on the purchase screen or in the app’s Settings, and your purchase should be recognized automatically. This issue has been fixed in our recent updates, along with other improvements to purchases, downloads, and overall stability. Please make sure you’re using the latest version of the app to get these fixes. We’re sorry to hear about your experience — we understand how frustrating that can be. If the display refresh feels poor, it’s often related to permissions on your Apple Watch. Please make sure Health access(for activity, steps, heart rate, etc.) and Location access (for weather and location-based complications) are enabled. Without these, some watch faces and complications may not refresh correctly. We’ve also recently released a new update that includes performance improvements, better refresh handling, and new watch face designs, so we strongly recommend checking that you’re using the latest version of the app. If the issue continues after updating and checking permissions, please contact us at support@dailywatchfaces.com. Thanks for your feedback. Our app actually includes lots of free watch faces — in fact, probably the largest free selection on the market. If the purchase page appears, you can simply close it by tapping the close button and keep browsing. For quick access, just search for “free” in the app to find all the watch faces available at no cost. We’d be happy to guide you if needed — feel free to reach out at support@dailywatchfaces.com.
