Useful and doable
The exercises in this app seem to always be just what I need. It’s a minimal time commitment with a big return, which is great. Makes it easy to get them done every day and feel great as a result.
Post PT Routine!
As a post knee surgery patient I wanted something that can help extend my training beyond PT. This app gives me directed exercises that are helpful and will keep me going long after PT has stopped.
Just what I needed
I knew I was missing something in my work outs because I would just run and do some squats, push ups, sit ups. I switched the squats etc out for the daily drops and my body feels way better. More interesting exercises, and I’m actually working those little muscles as well as the big ones that everyone forgets about. I’m excited to see what my exercises of the day are. My body feels more durable like I’m not going to hurt myself if I go out and try a new sport or activity.

As a weekend warrior this app nailed it! PT-style dynamic exercises, targeted stretching, and balance work. This has been a game changer as a companion to running / general strength training in my 40s.
