تطبيق جدا سيئ لاانصح فيه .. اكل سيئ وتوصيل اسوء وخدمه عملاء جدا سيئة..

+ الأكل يوصل بارد
+ المندوب نفسية وتعامله سيء كأنك تشتغل عنده
+ الدعم الفني يسلكون لك واجد قلت لهم كم مرة عن مشكلتي مع المندوب وللأسف نفسه .. ونفس التعامل الفاشل
+ خيارات الأكل محدودة جداً وغالباً موب نفس اللي بالصورة
الخلاصة تجربتي معهم سيئة ولا أنصح بالتعامل معهم
وفر فلوسك ووفر وقتك ونفسيتك الصراحة ندمت كثير إني تعاملت معهم وكنت محترم معهم أكثر من اللازم
Poor app and mismanaged delivery
Every day missing delivery to our site and daily few guys can not have food, supervisor and customer care is totally useless they never help simple saying talk to supervisor.
All the missed meals they get paid but they dont provide meal even after same time complaint.
We have raised with our company to arrange alternative meal provider or to fix the issue with this provider.
Meal choice is very limited and app dont let select you out of wide range.
Need alot of improvement or you will lose customers.
I have created group and encourage my colleagues to write a review on your service.
