It’s not THAT bad
Is the app a little clunky? Sure, but aren’t most ‘productivity’ apps? Overall I gave it 4 stars; it lost a star for not allowing the free form upload of just the relevant damage, and also made me scan my vehicle’s QR code and VIN which was a pain. Read on if you want particulars.
It doesn’t do a great job with the requisite screen captures (staged, specific pics that are required) nor is it wonderful if the damage is smaller and more difficult to photograph. I honestly think the video part was pointless for the subtle damages my vehicle sustained (front grill breaks, fog light frame break, ground effects/fascia gouge/split), but would be excellent for providing comprehensive video for more significant damage. On the upside, the app allows you to load your own static images of the damage, which allows for the careful photographing of your car’s injuries, as well as a chance to crop and focus in on less obvious damages. I wasn’t keen about having to install an app and accept all the sketchy terms of use, but there doesn’t seem to be a way around that.

I took some easy pics. Simple video to show damage. Nice way to make my claim easier.

Doesn’t take downloads at all. Just adjust the claim the best and only way, in person with your own eyes.

Only One Function
This app only has one function, take pictures and record the vehicles location. That’s it.
While it does provide the claim number and the adjustor assigned to the claim. There is no way to get in contact with dairyland from the app.
