PLS make changes

This apps has so much potential that when I was enjoying it and then found out about things that hurt its effectiveness so bad my heart DIED. (I know, dramatic) the concept of ‘take care of your virtual pet’ and self care is something I’v been trying to find. Where- you do self care activities which GIVE you points to take care of your pet. (Flinch kinda does this but only to level up..not actually help you take care of your pet, plus the mascots are not nearly as lively and cute as these CUTE AS HECK DOGS. Still it actually does help take care of YOU, a thing this app doesn’t really do). Feeling like you are taking care of a cute virtual animal is comforting and a big bonus to doing activities that help take care of yourself, so why not have a mix of those things? At first this app was that BUT then I learned some things..

(Okay, here’s the bad.)
there is something so incredibly wrong with the currency and the ‘meat’ (this lil thing 🍖) system that it doesn’t even let you use the app to take care of youself.
FIRST, like people are saying, there is a paywall. So when you do activities, instead of receiving a virtual currency you pay, like if I want to do a ‘7 day meditation’ I’ll have to pay with the 🍖 system.
In the end, there is no other way to earn nor the bone system nor the meat system…you are left UNABLE to pay to do self care activities.
That or pay money..c’m on..

There are other 6 activities that are always free, but that’s it, not can you customize nor delete nor nothing…as a self take app, managing activities is like one of the BASIS of it.

It’s a SHAME bc this app does EVERYTHING GOOD in the aspect of comfort. (And I can’t imagine deleting the app and never seeing my virtual German Shepherd..but I have no other choice ☹️) the animations, the dogs, the style, the music.

I feel like these things NEED to be fixed, but I also think new things could be added. Now I am NOT a professional and I know I am throwing all of these features like making them is as quick as a click, I understand it’s not and that apps grow by the years…but maybe these can be added when the dev(s) has/have the tools. Just suggestions all of the power is in your hands dev(s).🫡👍
- being able to pet your pet, and maybe in multiple ways (I will be punching the HECK out of them)
- see your dog wander more
- have the sleep of your pet be when you ALSO go to sleep. If u don’t get your sleep your dog also gets non (connected to iPhone activity better, not alarm.
-have the activities GIVE you currency
- toys for doggies
- more personality to dogs (refuse certain types of food, don’t like to be petted in certain areas, so t like certain toys, aaaaanndd MAYBE different emotes)
-change background
-different types of music
- a wellness emergency kit
- more DOGGIES!!(of course it’ll take time though)😍😍😍😍
- honestly..a some of things the app Flinch does, it would be PERFECT if this app did too and later differentiate itself from it.

For now, bye bye my virtual German Shepherd named Joseph ;-;
(⚰️this is his funeral ya’ll, I’m dead serious I kinda feel bad I can’t use this all anymore)

Great app

It's amazing I can't believe I found a self care app like this, it's basically like an emotional support animal. The best part is... 𝕀𝕋'𝕊 🆓

Treat paywall

I have some thoughts on this app. daisy has a stupid paywall. Essentially, they have this thing where you couldn’t complete the self care tasks unless your dog has energy—which requires treats or you to wait an extended period (like an hour)—but then if you feed it treats and do your tasks, there’s another wall of treats that blocks your dog leveling up so then trying to do any other self care tasks don’t actually contribute to your dog leveling up because it’s entirely based around said treat scale. It also takes about 20 treats to level said dog up, but when you do each task, it requires another treat so getting the ones necessary to level up your dog but still get credit for the tasks that you’re doing becomes near impossible. On top of this, if you give the dog treats that you earn, it takes 10 to fill up the scale for one treat. It’s too bad, because overall the app has a lot of promise and I was really enjoying my self-care tasks with my little friend, but oh well.
