Funktioniert nicht

Die App hatte ich versuchsweise Mitte 2019 installiert und mit einem Demo-Zugang bereits einiges ausprobieren können.
Seit Ende 2019 funktioniert die App überhaupt nicht mehr. Es erscheint nur noch das Startfenster.
Ist dies ein bekannter Fehler und wird dieser in naher Zukunft behoben ? Wenn nicht ist diese App unbrauchbar.

Nur Fehlermeldungen

Die Browserversion funktioniert, diese App keineswegs. Es kommen immer Fehlermeldungen beim Aufrufen von Kompetenzraster oder der gleichen. So ist die App nicht zu verwenden. Meine Schüler benutzen die Browserversion, obwohl sie alle ein IPad besitzen und die App sinnvoller wäre.
