Unable to use it at all
I’m afraid this app is useless for me.
I just downloaded the app and opened it, it shows nothing but a message “Unable to connect to server. Please make sure you have a network connection and try again later.”
I doubt anyone is still updating and maintaining the app?

Worked great until the new update and now it won’t even open
Awful changes
You are now being forced to sign in to an account to do something as BASIC as to look something up. Please change this.

Broken app
Like many others are saying the app does not work anymore. I deleted the app and redownloaded it and now it errors out saying it can’t connect to the server. I would love for them to fix the app.
App no longer works
We used to use this app all the time and order books. For months now it has not worked. I have deleted and reloaded the app and still no success. It just says that it cannot access a server.
Broken App
They must need to update the software, my app keeps crashing and saying I’m not connected to the server.

Literally the most convenient app in my life, I love how I can put books on hold right from my phone. There was a glitch about a month ago and you guys still haven’t fixed it?? The whole government of Dakota county wasn’t able to put their braincells together to fix it?

Why the app isn’t working
To everyone who hasn’t been able to get into the DCL app.
In November some sort of break in the app happened but it isn’t DCL’s fault. They can’t try to fix it if they wanted to! The people who made the app and DCL have since left each other (I think) and DCL is trying to get a new app quickly.

They give updates sometimes on there socials (Mostly Facebook) so check there to see if there’s a new app

Like everyone else is stating this was a great app - now nothing is working.

What happen? Great app then NOT so great
Loved using this app for looking up books, putting holds on books. Everything you could do inside the library but in the comfort of your home. NOW I can’t even get my library barcode to come up… the app wil not open, it tells me to check my server. There is no problem with my server. Don’t know exactly when this mess happened but I noticed it within the past couple months… Please fix this ASAP….

Doesn’t work
Used to be good but in the last month or so it couldn’t connect to the library server and my account information was wrong. So I uninstalled and reinstalled and now it won’t even open up as it can’t connect to library server….
Worked great until it didn’t
I had been using this app for years and mostly had great experiences. I enjoyed being able to search the catalog, place holds, monitor checkouts and due dates, and have access to my barcode on my phone. However, within the last month, that all changed. As many others have stated in their reviews, the app no longer connects to the library server, so I can’t search within the app and can’t place holds. My account information regarding checkouts/holds is inaccurate and won’t update. In its current iteration, aside from being able to access my barcode through my phone, the app is useless.

Buggy and not connecting to server
Please update the app so the bug gets fixed.

I got a new phone, downloaded the app but when I try to open it, it says it won’t connect to the server. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling several times. It’s been like this for a couple weeks.
