Always has down time
The app is outdated and has so many downtimes for no reason. Cant log in at all to transfer money or look at your balance when you need to when the app wont let you sign in. They really need to fix this being its a banking app and should work 24/7!
Its an all right app.
It's a good app. But there are so many things wrong with it. Like first off it will sometimes forget your user ID when you have save ID on which is a pain when you struggle remembering the amount of usernames you have for other app. Then if you forget your password at any moment and you press the forget password button. You will have to enter your ID but if you struggle with remembering IDs it's such a pain. Then if you do remember your ID it will "send" a email to you, to reset your password. But guess what you don't get a email even if you wait the 24hr window you still don't get it. It's so frustrating that at that point you have to call them to ask to reset or ask for Your ID. It so frustrating and annoying. But hope you like the app.

More than half the time I open this app it gives me an error message and sends me back to the login screen. That’s extremely annoying!
Online banking here is a joke
The amount of times that this app forgets and requires me to reinput my password is beyond frustrating. My password is beyond secure so inputting it is a huge pain. Not to mention the bank randomly tosses out my password REQUIRING me to call the bank. If the password expires, that’s fine. Say that. Then next login let me change it. Simple. But no. They also don’t work with plaid which is a joke to modern banking. They don’t specifically block it, but they don’t help in any way.

It made me switch my password
The app is fine. Other then the account making me switch my password. I do understand this is for safety reasons, it’s just frustrating when it didn’t let me go around it. But other then that not anything I should complain about. The app works just fine.
Very reliable
I have been using the app for several years now and have never encountered an issue. I have no complaints with the online, app, or the brick and mortar services the Dakota Community offer!
App says theres an update?
App is complaining there is a new update then takes me to the appstore page.... where there isint an update.... so now I cant use my banking app to check my balances........ Whoever coded this made a goof.
Worst banking app. Works part of the time
This app has FREQUENT problems. I would say it does not work at least 30% of the time.
Thankfully I do most my banking with Gate City but when I do need to access my Dakota Community account, I have to deal with this BS. Think it is time to close my account with DC.
