Diagnosis and treatment
Accuracy in diagnosis and treatment is the main aim, delay may be due to heavy rush, but once the patient meets him, he satisfies with overall care and treatment of Dr. Vikash. He is boon for us. I am staying at Delhi but taking treatment from him after heart attack in 2017 and I am fine now. As and when I face some problem he resolves immediately over phone if unable to come his clinic. No one is like him as I feel, as knowledge and treatment side. I am 67 years now and there is no fear regarding health issue on my heart side. In between I escaped from a severe accident ( hip fracture) during the operation I was fit from cardiac issue last year and was regular Contact with Dr. Vikash. My surgery was conducted at Trauma Centre AIIMS, Delhi.

None of the basic functions in this app work properly.
One star. Very poor and unsafe app.
None of the basic functions work. Payments fail again and again and you do not get refunds. Even if the payment is successful, they still say the booking was not made. Their explanation is that the payment got stuck, and there is zero concern for the patient.
The worst part is that you cannot avoid using this app because doctors force patients to book appointments through it. You are left with no option but to rely on an app that does not work.
Extremely disappointing and risky for anyone who needs proper medical care.

Disappointing experience with this with this appointment management
I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor appointment app. I arrived on time for my schedule appointment, but I was made to wait for two hours past my appointment time without an explanation or updates. This lack of respect for my time is unacceptable i understand. That delay can happen, but there should be better communication, and management for appointments, such a long time without any information is frustrating and unprofessional. I hope this management take this issue seriously and improve the experience for future patients.
