Wäre toll wenn diese App mit den neuen Lunatione IOT gateways arbeiten würde

How is it possible that a large company like LUNATONE has been waiting for a solution for nearly 10k BT5 room controller devices for 2 months and they are not able to solve the problem. You create buttons on a BT5 and it copies them to the following ones without being able to solve it. It is a failure of the APP that they were also able to replicate and yet very very badly...we still cannot solve the problem. And the worst thing is that they don't respond………./ Como es posible que una gran compañía como LUNATONE, llevemos 2 meses esperando una solución para cerca de 10k en aparatos BT5 room controller y no sean capaz de solucionar el problema. Creas botones en un BT5 y te los copia en los siguientes sin poder solucionarlo. Es un fallo de la APP que además ellos pudieron replicar y sin embargo muy muy mal…seguimos sin poder solucionar el problema. Y lo peor es que no responden.

eingeschränkte Funktionsumfang
nur wenige Daligeräte werden erkannt.
Es werden nicht alle Module unterstützt!
Leider wird der Tastkoppler MC4L (Dali 1) nicht unterstützt, daher ist der Roomcontroller BT5 für mich nicht einsetzbar. Ich habe extra bei Lunatone nachgefragt, ob das für mich einsetzbar ist und den Room Controller auch dort bestellt. Die Unterstützung für die RM (Dali 1) Relais wurden mittlerweile nachgereicht, die Dimmer und das Dali Cross (Dali 1) funktionieren immer noch nicht. Ein guter Ansatz, aber nicht konsequent umgesetzt. Das gleiche gilt auch für die Displays, bzgl. Programmierung. Ich musste daher auf das klassische Dali Cockpit zurückgreifen, aber die Software gibt es leider nur für Windows :-(

Das ist nichts
Eine Bluetooth Verbindung ist nicht möglich.
Die App sucht nicht mal danach.
Ein Hinweis besagt das die Ortungsdienste aktiviert sein müssen, nur wie soll das gehen wenn die App nicht mal aufgeführt wird.
In meinen Augen nicht nutzbar.
