I’ve been using health apps for years like MyFitnessPal different workouts apps etc., but Dalia truly does all their jobs well enough that I don’t need all those apps anymore. 5-star review from me!

Best Health App by Far
I’ve never found a health app that had as much functionality as this! I used to have a ton of different apps and systems set up to keep track of my health, but this app puts it all in one place. The calorie tracking and especially the heart rate monitor are genuinely so impressive, and I’m so happy I found it
