It’s concerning when several inquiries are sent to understand why your address does not come up as found/valid. No response to any emails and no call back when making the inquiry via 311.

Every homeowner that lives in Dallas county, should download it. It’s a must.
App works awesome. Thanks to the app, if you have notifications enabled the app sends you notifications if trash will be pick up the next day, or if the city will postpone it to another day, due to the holidays or bad weather. My neighbors that don’t use the app, be frustrating why their trash wasn’t pick up. Trust me, this app sends you notifications if trash or recycling will be pick up. Remember, you must have notifications enabled.
