Got a new router and the lights will not connect. Never buy this product again. Lights are expensive LEDs now.
Don’t bother
Quite frankly the worst LEDs to exist. Every few months they randomly disconnect and trying to get them to reconnect is impossible. Not worth the near 100 dollars I spent on them. Better off buying cheap ones off the internet as they work 10x better.
Great lights
I bought 8, yes 8 sets of these lights for my backyard and so far so good. Connecting all these sets to the wifi was easy, and even though they’re a decent distance from my wifi router, they have yet to lose connectivity. I noticed some negative reviews, but they mostly seem to be from at least 1+ years ago, so maybe they’ve improved the app.
The one feature I would love to see in an update would be to add a timer for auto shut off or even an on/off daily timer, since all my lights are used outdoors around the backyard, but I love being able to mix up the colors on different sets all within the same app 👍

Don’t bother
The lights are cool and all but they constantly disconnect to the point where you’ll have to reset the lights and look for the WiFi to connect them over and over again.
Today I went to connect my light and they randomly died, I tried plugging back in to reset them but they won’t turn on at all
The remote doesn’t even work.
Don’t waste your money on this product.

Omg did you guys remove the mic and music function?!?! That was one of the reasons I loved these lights ;( still good tho.

Intermittent Failures
Had these lights for over a year. Love the lights and the app is just ok, but process to add lights to the network is painful. U know this because for some reason, they keep losing connectivity. I am forced to delete the devices and go through the painstaking process of reconnecting them to the network, adding them back to my app and grouping them properly. Happens every month or two. A bit annoying as it always happens when it’s movie time and I really want to use them. 😐

Horrible I tried it and it said offline and I spent five hours trying to fix it and it won’t fix and it did everything and even restarted it now I’m finding another app and maybe even buying new led lights cause it’s the worst when you make and app make sure it doesnt have bugs
Where’s the cool blue feature ?

Device completely stopped working
I have our lights attached under the frame of our bed. They stopped working after a few months. They won’t show up in the app at all. Any help would be appreciated!
DONT BUY
This app only lets you play music with the lights on any speaker from Apple Music, it has a mic to play music from other apps like Spotify but if you have a speaker and try to play music from the speaker the lights will not move , the lights only move when music is playing out loud from the phone
Can’t make it work
Very difficult to set up. I consider myself tech savvy but this app does not want to set up and find my smart bulb. Waste of money.

The app doesn’t even work. The lights were so expensive and they are terrible. The colors are trash and the whole thing is trash. Don’t recommend.

Bad app ruining the lighting experience.
Should’ve payed attention to the bad reviews. I even asked support for their take on the app and reviews before buying. Got their assurance that all was good with the app, but tried today to setup. Failed at first attempt and can’t see the lights network again. Disconnected/reconnected power, toggled wifi off/on, etc. Done...shouldn’t be this difficult...fail dals rgbw and your other app. Wonder if Home Depot (where I bought it) knows about all the bad experiences users have with the app.

I really like my lights and I am enjoying being able to sit and relax in bed and asking Siri to turn my light off
Music doesn’t work
when I got my the led lights and set them up everything was working just fine. But when I try to do the music it doesn’t work and I’ve tried everything, nothing works to fix it.
