Dhamani keeps all your device warranties in one place and answers the question that matters when something breaks: is this covered? Add a device by photographing the invoice — we extract the brand, model, purchase date and serial number automatically — or enter it manually. Every device shows its warranty end date and the days remaining. Pick the device, choose the fault, and Dhamani analyses your case: likely covered, possibly not covered, or expired — with a confidence score and the reasoning. Then it prepares a complete claim file: required documents, ready-to-send claim text, next steps, and your attachments. Download it as PDF or email it to yourself. Your data is processed under Saudi PDPL. Location is used only while searching for a branch. You can permanently delete your account and all data from inside the app. Note: the warranty assessment is indicative, based on the data you enter and published warranty policies. The final decision rests with the retailer, agent or manufacturer.
