Impossível de cancelar assinatura

Eu estou muito chateada com esse curso, pq eles simplesmente não facilitam para a gente cancelar a assinatura e não nos dão nenhum suporte para isso, comprei o curso para OAB primeira fase, e já se findou o prazo do curso e eles continuam descontando da minha fatura, e nem o acesso eu tenho mais ao curso.
