Training video
The video plays for a short time and when the next prompt is pressed the screen goes to a loading screen with 3 flashing circles and just sits there indefinitely. I’ve reloaded, refreshed and tried restarting several times but get to the exact same point about 30 seconds in and the same happens each time.

Incompatible password system fails to save in system on my Apple Phone due to Autosave (browser) not compatible with Velpic App.

Once again Damstra have shown how useless they are with their platform. Uses massive amounts of bandwidth and is jittery at best and it could potentially cost you your employment opportunity if you don’t have a high speed stable internet connection. I am about to fail an induction because of this rubbish platform

Why does this need to exist
This app is a joke, doesn’t load anything and won’t let you log in correctly. Either make an app that works correctly or let me do my induction online on my phone without it
Rubbish App
Not working at all. Log in successful but lessons just shows a faint “loading” symbol on an empty screen. Confirmed I have training modules to complete and none are showing up. Tried deleting and reinstalling and turning phone off an on and checking phone settings. The app just doesn’t work.
