This really works!
I wasn’t sure how it would work but I schooled my horse today whilst listening to the free session and it was SO effective!! Just putting my AirPods in and focusing on what Dan was asking me to do meant my horse was totally focussed and we had the best schooling session I’ve had in ages. I’ve now purchased the full course as I’ve already learnt so many useful tips just from one session!
